These are often magnetic rotors and stators wound with single coils. Stators with overlapping coils are complicated to manufacture, but are mainly employed in squirrel-cage rotors. This type of stator generates the magnetic field outside the force field, which is conducted to the effective field of the rotor with a suitable magnetic conductor. As a result, additional losses occur and the motor diameter increases, particulary in the single coil process. [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.11&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.11&#8243;]Better magnetic properties can be achieved with the use of an air core coil. A motor from the company Maxon, type EC &#8211; 4 pole 30 Art.Nr.305015, is a good example. These motors work very well, but the motor winding is extremely complicated to manufacture. The winding head must be placed on one side, either in the outer winding diameter or without additional diameter in the winding, so that the subsequent assembly of the rotor or the magnetically conductive inner part can rotate freely. This serves as an abutment for the &#8220;motor spool formatting&#8221; step. <br \/>For this purpose, an eccentric rotational movement is applied externally to the armature axis and the armature core runs like a roller on the inner diameter of the motor coil, so that it is pressed against the abutment to its final dimension. The armature can now rotate freely in the very precise air gap. The motor is ready after the completion programme has been finished with the remaining components. The drawing set provided is a clear illustration of the principles of the invention.
