Der gelernte Fernsehtechniker war seit dem Berufsabschluss bei Geophysik Leipzig besch\u00e4ftigt und arbeitete im Bereich der digitalen Elektronik und Entwicklung radiometrischer Messtechnik.<\/p>\n
F\u00fcr besondere Entwicklungsleistungen erhielt er schon in jungen Jahren vom Oberb\u00fcrgermeister der Stadt Leipzig und der Bezirksleitung Leipzig hohe Anerkennung.<\/p>\n
Nach der Wende geht er nach \u00d6sterreich und ist in einer Firma f\u00fcr Funksteuerungen in der Entwicklung t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n
Aber schon bald gr\u00fcndet er zusammen mit seiner Frau Susanne in Sachsen eine Firma f\u00fcr Funk und Antriebstechnik.
F\u00fcr innovative Entwicklungen, besonders in der mechanischen Antriebstechnik, bietet der Markt keine ausreichende Komponenten.
Ein neuer, besserer Elektromotor wird ben\u00f6tigt, aber zusammen mit einem speziellen Ingenieurb\u00fcro und einer technischen Universit\u00e4t haben sie nichts gefunden.<\/p>\n
Die Luftspaltwicklung scheint ideal, l\u00e4sst sich aber nicht herstellen.<\/p>\n
Es muss doch gehen ! Die Eingebung kommt dem Techniker in seinem privaten Arbeitszimmer bei offenem Fenster an einem sp\u00e4ten Sommerabend. War es ein Engel, der diesen Ratschlag leise zugefl\u00fcstert hat ?<\/p>\n
Herr Weller ist von dieser Erkl\u00e4rung zum Verlauf zur L\u00f6sung sehr \u00fcberzeugt und m\u00f6chte die neue Technologie nun zur breiten Anwendung bringen.<\/p>\n

The trained television technician was employed at Geophysik Leipzig after graduating and worked in the field of digital electronics and development of radiometric measurement technology.<\/p>\n
When he was young, he was recognised by the Lord Mayor of the City of Leipzig and the Leipzig district management for his outstanding achievements in innovation.<\/p>\n
After German reunification, he went to Austria and worked in a company for radio control systems in the development department.<\/p>\n
But soon he and his wife Susanne founded a company for radio and drive technology in Saxony.
For innovative designs, especially in mechanical drive technology, the market did not offer sufficient choices.
There was a need for a new and improved electric motor, however, even the specialised engineering company in cooperation with a technical university was not able to find a satisfactory solution.<\/p>\n
While air gap winding seemed ideal, it could not be produced.<\/p>\n
But there had to be a way! Inspiration struck the engineer while sitting in his private study with an open window on a late summer evening. Was it from an angel, who whispered in his ear?<\/p>\n
